Scope of Work: Deliverables per site: 1 Client/Testimonial Video (on-site recording) 1 60-sec short video (Instagram Reel / Meta Ad ready) 25 high-quality edited photos Content Requirements (MANDATORY): Photos: High-resolution (minimum 4000px) Formats required: Vertical (4:5 – Instagram) Square (1:1 – Ads) Horizontal (16:9 – Website) Final delivery in JPEG (high quality) RAW files preferred Videos: Short Video (Reels / Ads): 9:16 vertical format 1080x1920 (4K preferred) Duration: 45–60 seconds Cinematic + engaging (transitions, music, highlights) Testimonial Video: 16:9 horizontal + 9:16 cut version Clear audio (lapel mic required) Professional framing and lighting Responsibilities: Plan and execute on-site shoot Capture: Site progress Materials & finishing Key construction details Direct client/team for testimonial recording Deliver edited, marketing-ready content
