When the project is finished, you would get high quality, high resolution renders, with lots of details, realistic looking and precise. I have worked with architects on several large projects, so I can read all kinds of drawings, and follow briefing closely. Price I gave in my bid is for modeling and renders, produced in 3ds max + Vray. Animated walk through both sites, showing all important details would cost additional 200 - 700 $, depending on project scale and complexity. Animation would be done in Lumion, arch viz software that gives very realistic results in HD. Could you please provide some more details about the project? Hi, I could do a great job for you on this one. I’m a 3D modeller/visualiser based in Sydney, Australia. I have a Masters (prof) of Architecture and a few freelancing projects under my belt. I will not write much of my ability in an attempt to sell myself here, I only ask that you briefly review my portfolio to see if my design and visualization stance could translate well for your project. As a preliminary and safe cost & time break down – and this is very preliminary as I don’t yet know the scope of the project: - Modelling of both sites: 6 days, $500 AUD. - Photorealistic material making and application: 2 days, $200. - Rendering, 2 days, $200. - Post Render Photoshoping, 2 days, $200 - Changes would need to be set at an hourly rate, which would be around the 20/hr mark This could however be done in a much quicker time frame, and more cheaply, depending on the scope of the buildings: detail, complexity of design, current resolution of design ideas, types and quality of renders etc. You will likely find cheaper bids than this from indie and the like (as much as I do love the place) but what I hope you find in the brief examples of my work is a degree of professionalism which will give you the edge in winning the tender.
