Web App Design Refinement

We are updating the layout and design of our Web application, and need a designer to refine the main screen of the application. We have mockups that show exactly what we want to do with the layout, and we will re-use many of the existing design elements (like buttons and? tabs), but we need a good designer to bring it all together and make it look perfect. We are looking for an experienced, fast Web designer with a good ranking and history on RentACoder. The final deliverable is a **production-ready, layered Photoshop PSD file**. ## Deliverables This is a pretty simple project for a good designer. It is only **1 page,** representing the main screen of our application. We will supply: 1. A screen shot of our existing application interface. 2. A screen shot of our layout adjustments and specifications. We want: 1. A clean redesign of the new layout, representing an update of the old design. Users should be able to tell that the old application and the new application are related, and that this is an update. 2. Any recommendations for additional adjustments to improve the application? layout. 3. A well structured .PSD file with layers so we can easily manage production. If the winning designer is also a strong CSS coder, we will add a project/bonus for delivering the new design in HTML with clean CSS. Compatibility for latest generation IE and Firefox only.
