Amend text and size on existing artwork, and create 4 animated gifs.

There are 6 characters we've had drawn up which are different sizes and are shown front and back, you need to resize them so they are all the same height which is 12cm high. You need to make the box at the bottom which contains their name and other details the same size for all characters, and also copy and paste it so it shows on the rear (the parchment paper box is currently blank on the rear). You can see the jpeg images here, i will upload the psds soon: [login to view URL] For the Dwarf, please change the starting health to 7 (currently 8), on the princess change "live" to "life". There are some strange gaps in the text currently, like on the squire where there is too much space on either side of "+1". you need to amend it so the text spacing is normal between words. At the moment the edges of the boxes are straight, I would like you to replace change the edge to make it look more natural, it can needs to look flat, and the edges need to look square, but not like they were cut by scissors: [login to view URL] <- like that but with a white background and the corners at 90 degrees, and seen straight on. Check with me to make sure it's good.
