Animation of photos

To create a short (15sec approx) animation of portrait photos. One photo will 'merge' into the next.
Portrait photos need background taken away from them and then all of them layered over one another so that they are all similar size and the eyes on each portrait, for example, are all the same level. It is as if one person then turns into the next.
On the home screen of this website is a very 'slick' example and ours wouldn't be as seemless.

It would probably be using 20 photographs - attached are examples of what they look like. The order of photographs would be directed by me. I would number them in order.
