Combine several given images together w/photoshop and add text to make a 36 x 24 poster

The first file is the background photo I want. You don't have to have the entire photo in, just enough to make it look good on a 36" tall by 24" wide poster. The second image is the character I need on the poster. DO NOT include anything but the character itself with the gun and item floating above its hand. If you can crisp that image up that would be awesome! The third image is the vision for the poster. All of the text needs to be included. If you have any difficulty reading it please let me know. I will provide a list below with more detail. The last image is ONLY a font guide. If you could keep it similar that would be awesome. I will leave sizing up to your professional discretion. I am hoping to have this done as soon as possible since it is a Christmas gift. Please let me know if you have any questions!
