create a composite map image from 3 sections of of fantasy image map

I would like combine both map in first file in 600 dpi. They go one atop each other, but the drawing has some slights difference which makes it a little more tricky to composite.
The second PDF have many section zoom map of an are that is not detailed in other map that I would like to juxtapose in new composite to have full details of region in new map.
The final output should be same size as PDF size, but with a 600 dpi full res output.
