229149 CRE Loaded Bug Fixing + CSS

We are looking to make structural upgrades to the backend of our website, which is running OSCommerce (CRE Loaded) as well as design changes to the front end of the site. Structural changes to the backend include the following: Fixing bugs in the order process. Currently, orders are logged into the order table in the database when a customer lands on the [login to view URL] page. This is incorrect. The order needs to be logged when a customer lands on the [login to view URL] page There is an issue with the Product Attributes function in the checkout process. Some orders that are successfully processed do not have the product attributes associated with them (Example, when a product has different variables, such as size, model #, color, etc, these attributes do not appear in the Order details, or in the Orders In Holding page. Coupon codes are applied incorrectly in the checkout process. There is an issue in the way the script processes the math of where to deduct the discount. For instance, if there is a coupon code that allows a customer to receive free Shipping (where shipping is normally $6.95), the bug in the site will incorrectly deduct $6.95 from the product price in addition to deducting free shipping. Design changes to the Front end include the following: Place an analog count down timer on the main page indicating when the next product will post on the site. This will be coordinated with when a new product, specified in the admin catalog, will be made available. (Example - we have a new item that is featured on the site each day at 9pm EST. So at 3pm EST, the countdown clock will display that there are 3 hours left in HH:MM:SS format). Using CRE Loaded's BTS (Basic Template System), I'd like to redesign the pages on the site using Divs/CSS (currently, it is designed in table format). Additionally, we also have several seasonal themes, which have modified header and footer. I would like the seasonal theme pages redesigned in DIVs/CSS as well. Currently, we are using the OSCommerce default checkout process, which is done over several pages. We would like to modify this to a single page checkout using AJAX/Java (where a user can change/add billing address, shipping address, etc). Finally, we also have several new daily deal sites that we would like to set up using the existing, customized CRE Loaded/OSCommerce scripts that we are currently using for our site. We already the graphic files (.psd files) for the new sites, so it would only require configuring the existing scripts to the new sites. Furthermore, the new sites should have a single admin control panel to control the products and orders for the new sites. Please include references of previous projects that you have completed, as well as an accurate cost for the project and the amount of time needed to complete it.
