Experienced in wordpress and php

I'm looking for a well experienced coder in Wordpress and php, We were creating a wordpress website but we faced some problems and I need someone to help me solve those issues. I'll describe the website and the problems: The website is : [login to view URL] 1- The website needs to be optimized because it's taking time to load. I guess it's because of a third party plugin. 2- we have installed the mortgage calculator wordpress plugin: [login to view URL] the problem is this plugin doesn't work on our website (please test it on [login to view URL]) once you click on calculate it displays the information on: [login to view URL] which is not acceptable, we need to display the results on our website 3-we have built multiple forms (please check our forms on the website) we need to improve those forms in this way for example: [login to view URL] if the client clicks on: "Have you found the property of your choice " "yes" he will have additional fields to fill in and if he clicks "No" he will different fields to fill in, so we need to create new actions for some fields in the forms. And all those fields should be dynamic and controlled by the Admin. 4-All the pages, plugin need to be bilingual. 5-the footer (black band) should stay at the bottom and not playing up and down even if the text is small 6-Contact us needs to be more professional 7-We need to add a blog page Those are very easy tasks for someone professional in worpress (php) and hard for newbie persons.
