PayPal Payment system linked into HighRise and Freshbooks

Admin panel --------------- Password protected area Set product price - £50 See orders - new this week, view by month See total order vales today, this week, choose by month or date period View accounts waiting to be activated Account activation - search for client by client ID and send them a random password by e-mail Sign up --------------- Collect user's details (name, company, address, email etc) Choose payment options: monthly, yearly (get two months free if paid yearly) Collect payment by paypal dependant on payment options - use recurring subscriptions Add the client records to Freshbooks - [login to view URL] Add the client to 37 signals HighRise as a customer, with the tag 'web-signup' - [login to view URL] If PayPal is collected ok, generate an automated invoice and send to the client using Freshbooks Send a welcome e-mail to the client explaining their account will be setup within 24 hours Send an e-mail to <email?> stating there is a new customer waiting to be activated Take them through to a success and thank you page Recurring payments --------------- When a recurring payment is received by the system, automatically generate the invoice using Freshbooks and send it to them If a recurring payment is not received, send a failure e-mail to <email?> We have full PSDs which we shall supply.
