Hi,

I am looking for simple PHP rating script to be used with vbulletin (which i don't own)

You would be needing to create a script that displays rating out of 10.

However the rating is only available for buyers. A buyer will by a product using paypal, and then he is redirected to seller's download page, where he can show the "rating" option, once buyer rated it, it should be automatically updated on "sellers" sales thread (as all sales are done on forum, vbulletin).

Rating should show stars out of 10, like 4 stars means 4/10

I cannot provide complete details publicly. However i am looking for some skilled programmer as this would be easy for him.

MAXIMUM Budget for this project is $500 and time frame is 7 days as MAX.
