Social Networking & Internet TV PHP Platform Programming

We are looking for someone who can assist us with our current platforms that we have built. We are looking for a team player, a programmer/designer that is VERY skilled all all types of web development and can be resourceful. We are a young, fresh multimedia company that has grown 400% since march 09, we have an offshore office of our own with programmers but are expanding and have a need for 1 more to help us finish our projects. Our work is slick, cool and fun. We build primarily custom social networking platforms and features, Facebook / Ebay Type applications. It's a lot of PHP and MySQL work with AJAX. Your role will be assisting in working on existing platform we have built and fixing bugs and adding features as required by project manager. So we want someone with skills of PHP, mySQL, html, css, intermediate flash --> Experience in WordPress, Joomla and other CMS and Social Networks a bonus. We are looking for an individual that works fast, is responsive, can do video conferencing for briefs as required.
