Employee time tracking
-Track employee time in and out daily, weekly, monthly, when ever. Be able to generate reports
Be able to export reports, email, pdf, etc. Apply unique login or dialing codes that specify
which employee is clocking in, this cannot come from the phone company. The only thing coming from the phone company is the number employee is using to make call which can be any number, intended to give flexibility of multiple clock in or out geography. The system should be able to prompt the caller when incoming call is made. The system should prompt the caller ie: Enter user code...press 1 for clock in, press 2 clock out etc... Web or mobile device System can communicate with phone calls but user can log in from web or mobile device. System should be able to handle large volumes of users online or incoming calls at once without fail. Any number can call in but employee code can also be paired to specific number if need be. The phone number should not incur special cost per clock in or out. This project is not intended to be used as a public or business venture but to be added to an existing business to improve its employee time management and to create an "inhouse" system to avoid being "pimped" by third parties and their outrageous phone fees.
