24416 Add Paid Members Area.........

I am opening a [login to view URL] clone site. The script I have does not have a members area. I would like to have this added to the current script. I would like the members area to be PayPal subscription. In the admin area, I would like to add 2 areas where I can add advertisements to the top, and the bottom of the index page. I would like to be able to change the PayPal email, and prices (1 month, 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year) in the admin area. The members area should include the ability to delete thier own files, and the members should not have to wait the 30 seconds (maybe set a cookie).
