I will need a full auction site ( ready to go ) I would like a nice clean layout kind of like eBay. This includes the site design, auction script, and content management system (admin control panel). I would like this site to have most of eBay's features ( ask the seller a question and all that good stuff ) Sellers and buyers will need to register before buying and selling. This will be a services auction site. In other words, a person will be able to select from some services to include in the auction. Sellers will have accounts created for free. Once they log in, they can post on the auction board. They will select the appropriate service(s). Provide an estimate or cost range, provide a subject, and description. If they have a featured listing, then they will need to be prompted to pay via Paypal prior to it being posted. In addition, if they choose to mail it in, then the admin control panel will need the capability of approving the posting. The sellers will also need to put in other fields and information to be displayed on the page. I will give this additional information to the winning bidder. I need flags in that pick up when a combination of numbers like 999-99-9999 or 999-9999, [url removed, login to view] or 999.9999, or http://, www., .com., .net, or at signs are put in. If such is put (like the Scriptlance rules), I would like a warning page to be displayed and the auction not posted. I can later go in the admin panel and edit the auction and allow it to be posted. It should send an email to the user and to me explaining our policies. In the control panel (content management system), I would also like the capabilities of sending out html newsletters and emails to all and individual users by certain criteria. This criteria will be by user, date range, services, and by auction services selected in posting ads. I need to be able to set the price for winning bidders and the ability to override such bidders to make it seem as though they have paid. Once a bidder wins, he or she must make payment. Upon payment the bidder and seller information will be sent to each other. So, I need the capability to verify payments through some type of payment system. I would like it like Scriptlance where they can deposit monies and use as needed. That way payment can actually come from it. They can reload monies from Paypal as needed. Once they win a bid, monies are automatically deducted. It will deduct a minimal of $10 or $5% of the winning bid, whichever is higher. Users must maintain a minimum of $10 in their accounts at all times. I would like to charge a $10 registration fee that can also be overridden. I would like to be able to set this fee from the content management system. All auctions will be free to post but I would like to be able to charge a commission to a final sell of the winning bidder. Also I would like the seller to be able to select whether or not he or she would like to make his or her post a featured post on the front of the website for a fee. There needs to be a page where sellers should be able to pay for featured listings via Paypal or get info to send payment by mail. I will also need a Admin page where I can handle all payments and everything else (modify/add/delete auctions). ( So other words I just need a nice clean Normal Auction Site :) Users should be able to log in and see all of their open bids and have a bid history that shows all of their past bids. The same goes for sellers. They should have a list of all active bids that they are bidding on and a bids history list of bids that they have won in the last 90 days. Sellers should be able to go in and modify their bid amounts. Sellers can post additions to their bid requests. It should show the date of the new posting and the additional text under the original posting. I would actually like a watching, bidding, won, and didn't win for the buyers or bidders. For the sellers, I would like the scheduled, selling, sold, and unsold selection. Please review MyEbay selections for this. I also need keyword search, category search, as well as location search (state, city, zip). Once someone registers, it should log their city, state, and zip for search purposes. If they search by state, it should show all such states with active or past bids. If they select to search by city, it should show the states active and once they click the state, it should show the cities with bid requests. If they put in a zip, it should show all bids within a 100 mile range of the zip put in. I have a City, State, Zip database already to supply for this. Sellers and users should be able to leave feedback and rate each other like Scriptlance and EBay. These ratings become public. I should be able to edit any. Feedback of 1-4 positive ratings will have a name such as Bronze User or Seller. 5-9 will have Silver, 10-19 will be considered Gold, and 20+ will be considered Platinum. Each Bidder will have a profile indicating their years of experience, types of services provided, and other information that I will give. They will fill this info out upon registration. This will give sellers some idea of the companies bidding for their services. Bidders and Sellers can communicate via public and private message board. In the event that contact information is given, then both the person putting it in and myself will be contacted and the communications will not go until I approve. If you cover the auction features of Scriptlance and of Ebay, then that is mostly what I want. This site must be extremely fast. It will also need meta keywords and all for proper Search Engine Optimization. I want to get it ranked quickly. Please let me see any demos or any other auction sites you have designed and scripted. Although it seems like a lot due to the description, it is mostly like the other auction sites normally put on here. Please bid with confidence. I would like this project completed within 30 days max. I will only discuss the type of auction site via PMB. 40% of payment will be made after 25% of the project has been completed. The other 60% will be made will the project is in complete 100% working. This is non-negotiable. Development is PHP and MySQL.
You'll have no problems in selecting a winner.
