297754 eCoupons ASP Script Modify

I need a modification done to a ready made ASP script called eCoupons. Demo Link: [login to view URL] Changes Needed: 1. Cart Modification... Change the payment process so "the website visitor buys the coupon" instead of the business paying to put coupons up. The businesses put up their information and coupons free. 2. Search results and business detail areas need to show the "coupon price", "add to cart" and "Qty". 3. Email transfer of coupon... The coupon buyer would receive the coupon via email after the payment process is completed. 4. Categories Search results pages changed to look like the home page "Coupon Search" shown on demo page top and other minor changes to the look of the Search Results pages. I will purchase the script and forward to the chosen programmer after I receive the completed bid on the project modifications.
