22059 Fix a few bugs in my script

I have a few bugs in my script. you can view it at congregame.com. some of the errors are in admin. ask me if you need to view that panel to see the other bugs. thanks. The bugs are listed below: Can't delete files uploaded by members in groups. Can't delete topics posted by other members in groups. Can't delete replies by other members in groups. Admin section hicups when trying to delete forum topics Affiliates don't work. In the last version, we could track referrals that were from free users. (I am giving out money for referals period, so i need that working again... Im taking out paypal aspect and making it like play money) I went ahead and used the affiliate ref_id url and signed up...it didnt work. backslash error with apostrophe and qoute in Events. backslash in Groups. backslash In Forums. backslash in entire admin section backslash in bulletin posts (sometimes the bulletins dont work and it says there is an internal server error) posting a url with the auto-scribe doesnt in forums Newest forum post should be listed first, and older ones posted below Main picture does not come up with the name of the forum poster smiles dont work in instant messenger
