99067 Gallery2 modifications

I need a module made for Gallery2. The purpose of this module is to allow users of the gallery to report an image as inappropriate or as a copyright infringement. It should use check boxes to select either of these options. It should have a text box to enter name & and one for email address, both of which will be required, and also a message box for an optional message. When the user clicks send, the module will send details to administrator's email. Also need a small modification to the 'Simple' module for Gallery2. This will involve removing the option for users to be able to view the permissions assigned in the gallery. Finally, I want to add sub albums to one of my main gallery albums, but I don't want the album quick links in the sidebar to expand. I need a modification to whichever module controls the album quick links so that no subalbums will show up in it.
