I'm looking for someone who is able to extend our ticketsystem based on the open source OsTicket.
1) We need some modifications at the "create ticket" stage. Some extra questions are needed and assigning a "priority". When the priority is 1 the system needs to send us an text-message.
2) We need an statistics dashboard, like Analytics, with information about tickets. Open, closed, reaction speed of staff, speed of closing tickets etecetera.
