I own a website that provides free hosting [url removed, login to view] I would like to have a "setup fee" of $3.00 US programmed into the signup process--payable via paypal or stormpay This is for identification purposes. Over the past year, I have had many cases of people doing fraudulent and criminal activities with the free hosting accounts. If they pay me a one time setup fee of $3, I will have their names and addresses and they are less likely to do bad things with their hosting accounts. Here is what I need: The second step of the signup process is this page [url removed, login to view] AFTER they complete this page I would like the customer to be brought to a page that states the following: [url removed, login to view] now charges a one-time $3 setup fee for new accounts. The purpose of this fee is mostly as a method of verification. Over the past year, some dishonest people have used their free hosting accounts for fraudulent purposes, resulting in periodic server shutdowns. These dishonest actions by a few hurt all members. Our intention is that this fee will discourage dishonest people from applying for an account. After paying this fee, if they do use their account for fraudulent or criminal purposes, the authorities will be able to track them down via their paypal or stormpay accounts...as we will have their names and adresses. (ADD A BUTTON TO THIS PAGE THAT SAYS CONTINUE TO PAYPAL PAYMENT PAGE) then AFTER the page with this statement they are sent to a paypal payment page to make a $3 payment (one time payment--not a subscription) then on to the next step in the create account process. There is also an admin panel where I approve/reject applicants. I want a new field in this panel that identifies whether an applicant has paid the setup fee.
