We would like to have either osticket or hesk modified for our business model.
We provide support services to clients on behalf of thier Value Added Reseller. The VAR is our direct customer, the client belongs to the VAR. The VARs are competitors so they do not need to see each other's information, and honestly, do not need to be able to see even the names of the other VARs.
So we need these types of Companies: Support, VAR & Client.
Each Company can have several users. Users that are in The Support Company (us) should be super users, adminstrators of everything.
Users assigned to a VAR company should be able to manage users for their own company and any Client company that belongs to them. They should NOT even see a list of other VARs. They should be able to add client companies and end users for those clients. They should be able to create tickets for their clients.
Users assigned to a Client Company should be able to create and see tickets for their company only . They should not see other company names at all.
We would also like to have the ability for the VARs to enter a product list and quantities specific to each of their Client companies.
Users need to login to be able to open or update a ticket at all.
