As we agreed this project includes fixes of previously delivered features, unhancements and new features. Details were previously negotiated. Lenght of the project: 9 days. #1. FIX from previous project. [login to view URL] Initial screen. Needs Blue header5 ("Business directory") #2 [login to view URL] This screen needs link "Show All Other .... Listings" .... should be filled by current Category When User clicks on this link all listings that belong to any Sub-Categories of the ... (in this example Accounting Category) should be shown. Before the click Sub-Categories Featured Listings After click Sub-Categories Featured Listings Other Listings You simply make the array longer. All listings from any Sub-Category should be displayed within the OTHER LISTINGS section, but only in case if the amount of listings on the screen will not be smaller than X (currently 25, I guess) If there is less than 25 link should be shown anyway untill it's clicked, but when you click and have 25 listings on the screen, 26th link should not be shown, but the information about additional links should be loaded to the array. So the amount of pagination screens will be rearranged. If there is only 24 links, There should be OTHER LISTINGS SECTION looking exactly like Featured or Listings seaction... Limit of listings should be set from admin screen. #3 Cosmetic FIX from previous project.. Make horisontal divider btwn TR TD LISTING /TD /TR and next similar TR 8px and no gap btwn SELECT ALL row (TR CheckBox-SelectAll....) and next TR TD LISTING /TD /TR For example TR TD SELECT ALL /TD /TR TR TD LISTING /TD /TR TR TD LISTING /TD /TR TR TD LISTING /TD /TR TR TD LISTING /TD /TR TR TD LISTING /TD /TR TR TD LISTING /TD /TR TR TD SELECT ALL /TD /TR #4. Fix and Enhance Inquire feature. In both cases (Inquire Now and Inquire later) you create the list of indexes of businesses (users) to be contacted. Right? Inquire Now should bring you to the Communication (let's call it this way) page, which will show eMail edit, which currently exist and allow you to send mass eMail to them right now Inquire later will just remember indexes of the selected businesses. It means that if you selected 10 businesses, you will be able to send 2-10 inquiries to them. Also inquire Later will allow to select businesses from different pagination screens. Inquire later will just remember selected businesses (their indexes) and will allow to send them the eMail later. In this case we need the list of selected business names with the check boxes. User will send the inquiry to selected Businesses only So after user clicks on Inquire later, he will not receive all listings he checked on the next screen and message field. It will happened when he will decide to send the message. He can call this eMail screen by clicking on the INQUIRE NOW or COMMUNICATOR. There on the eMail (Communication Screen) he writes message, check all receipients from choosed listings and send the mass email Inquire later should work like watch list or even can use the watch list function. Another story that watch list function is designed for one listing. Scenario: User searched or browsed certain area and got 100 results. You see 25 on page 1. User selected 5 and click "Remeber This Business and Inquire later". Screen doesn't change, but the information is written to the cookie or temporary table in DB. (I have no idea how this one is done in watch list) Now go to pagination page 2 and selelct 3 more businesses, then you go to page 3 and select 10 more. All of them should be "remembered" and used when you will deside to go and send the messages to them. Then on the last page or any other page you click "inquire now" and user will be directed to Communication screen, which will display all selected businesses. There in the page, which has the eMail - text edit user will be able to select any amount of businesses from list and send them inquiries. The businesses that were contacted should have check mark. Other businesses should be contacted during the same session or later communication session. Screen should also contain the section with the messages that user got from other members. System should "remember" all exchanges btwn 2 members and display them in pop-up when requested by user. Also, login and membership verification. If the user is not registered member, he should be displayed combined screen Communication + Registration (minimized version - Step 1 registration) screen on the buttom of the page. Use of communication is partially blocked untill all registration is submitted. #5. Fix Sub-Category section. Is it possible to change the counter for the sub-categories in your sub-section? Maybe if we will count the amount of total lines it will look like all columns will be about the same. One exception: Category (bold) line should not be last in the column. #6. SEARCH / BROWSE A. Replicate Search associated with the Business Directory in Advanced Search Screen [login to view URL] Means make separate section and allow search by: Business Name City State Zip Ph. Area Code B. Add Search within search results to the pages of business directory. Reformat the Select All section of the screen to look like 2 rows, this way: 1st Row: [_Inquire Now_] [_Remember & Inquire Later_] [_Keyword Search_] [_BusName or City or State or Zip or PhAreaCode_] 2nd Row: [ChBox]Select All - Sort A-Z - Sort Z-A This is for the top. Here is for the buttom: 1st Row: [ChBox]Select All - Sort A-Z - Sort Z-A 2nd Row: [_Inquire Now_] [_Remember & Inquire Later_] [_Keyword Search_] [_BusName or City or State or Zip or PhAreaCode_] C. Fix navigation bug. Advertise Here should remember the Place where the user was trying to advertise in. After the login he should be directed back to the page where he wanted to advertise. #7. Add New Listing. Change it to "Add New or Update Business Listing". If user had listings before he should be able to see previously submitted listings in edit controls and new selections made on previous step. NON-Business User should be able select areas of advertisements, but to add the listing he must accomplish business type registration. It means that the section should show the registration screen controls below the selection [login to view URL] User could not see such controls simply because he selected Personal on the first screen (Step1 of registration process). So if he wish to advertise, his Membership must be upgraded to Business. Advertisement(s) Added message, should have links to the Categories where the advertisement was posted. So user will be able to review the screen, which might contain his listing. Advertisement seams to me doesn't "remember" selected area. #8. NOW WISH LIST. Wish List should combine both Watch List (allows to watch the items) and services / businesses that member is looking for. Now we have to massage the Registration area again. Register as Personal and check what screens are shown. Copy main file (business_directory) and save it as [login to view URL] You already have 60-70% of all wish list stuff. Now add the code that will allow: A. to see and switch Left Panel by one click (Services / Products). You have both codes, but you need to be able to switch the view of this section. B. when the left panel is swicthed, central part should be also redrawn. I think that there will be need to the initial view of the central area, Which can contain initial (default) view for both Products and Industries. C. Limit of displayed Categories is 2 (Category / Sub-Category and Industry / Ind. Sector) D. Wish list posting should be limited to 500 characters, but only 50 characters should be shown on publically accessible view (means no registration). If he is not business member, he should be directed tot he Registration screen 2 with the message: "Sorry, Only Buying Business Members are allowed to see full text of the Business advertisement. Please change your registration to business type" When he will go through the registration process, he will be forwarded back to the listing he wanted to see. #9. Registration. Fix bug. Personal selection (radio button) should block the check box and Business Name edit from typing. Step 2 screen ([login to view URL]) need to have Wish List edit, which becomes mandatory field if BUY or BOTH SELL and BUY selected. All this stuff should be removed. Personal Buyer or BOth (buy and sell) must submit at least one WISH LIST ADD in selected area: He should select Service from 4 pairs of Business (Industry / Sector) Categories/Sub-Cats and 4 pairs of Product Categories / Sub-Cats.
