297312 scroll pop up

When someone lands on your web site the began to scroll down the page when the scroll bar hits a point that is specified a pop up window appears this could be set to any spot on the web site as some web sites are longer or shorter

when the scroll bar hits a certain point when being scrolled down a pop up window opens

it could be near top of page middle of page or bottom of page

the instructions would read something like this:

if you want the pop up to appear when scrolled 1/3 way down the page place 1/3 where xx is 1/2 way down page place 1/2 where xx is

at bottom place 3/4 where xx is

what ever it would take for it to open at any point on a web site
