70852 Site Content Manager

This project is fairly simple, I just don't have time to do it. What I need is the following: A DB with 2 tables in it. The first is for the site links, these will always be down the left hand side of the site, and once a user clicks on one of the links the related content from the other table is displayed in the main area of the site. The links must have the ability to have two levels eg - category and sub-category. Then there needs to be a admin panel, where my client can login to and add/edit/delete new links/pages. There will be an HTML editing box where the client can format the pages as he wishes, the hardest part of this is that there needs to be the ability to add images into this HTML box and position them as needed. I have most of the front end done, and the site is currently live, I will modify the current site to add these new feature to it. All you need to provide me with is the admin panel. This project will not take long if you are the right person for the job. Should you have done this before even better, but I need this done ASAP. No chances please, I know what I am doing so try your luck. You will need to supply me with samples of your previous work and skills.
