I am looking for someone to give <[login to view URL]> a facelift!
The existing site was cobbled together in Dreamweaver by the owner (who is obviously not a designer!), using bits and pieces from other sites and has become a real mess. Other work I have from this company does not leave me with time to do the redesign myself.
Bidders should be proficient with XHTML, CSS, web standards, and Photoshop. It should be hand coded (no WYSIWYG code) using XHTML 1.0 Strict doctype which VALIDATES.
It will be deployed on a Windows web server with ASP.NET 2.0 installed.
## Deliverables
All pages should be static; although ASP.NET master pages should be used where appropriate (I will be adding some simple database generated content myself).
Every page should contain the companies address and contact details in the footer. The logo should also be prominently displayed at the top of each page and should link back to the home page.
The design should have a Web 2.0 type look and feel, using the existing colour scheme, possibly with the addition others that complement them. Feel free to be creative but get me to confirm before spending too much time on the graphics side of things!
Content will remain the same but will be re-arranged slightly to make it more user-friendly.
The home page will contain the welcome message from the existing site, plus links to the most recent news and press releases.
Every page should link to:
1. Courses and Services
2. About US
3. Press Releases
The courses & services page will have the same content as the existing page but instead of displaying it in a tree structure across several different pages, it should all appear on a single page with the different section under separate headings.
About Us will also have the same content, in addition to the Staff Details on the current site ??" again, all on one page.
Colours are shades of the yellow (#ffcc33) and grey (# 737373) from their logo.
I will be happy to answer any questions you might have before bidding. I am based in London, UK, GMT time zone.
