Local File Execution from HTML Email

I am currently developing a program in Delphi which generates email to the User. The E-Mail that is sent to the User is a HTML E-Mail. In the HTML E-mail, my App provides links back to my application. What I require is a script (either seperate file or embedded in the HTML E-Mail) that will allow me to call the EXE of my app and pass in some arguements. Furthermore, no warning should be displayed to the user when they click on the link. Just to clarify further, the email will opened on the same computer as the EXE so no need for a web service or anything like that. Just a straight link back to the EXE. ## Deliverables 1) complete source code of either JavaScript or VBScript which allows me to call my Application and pass in some arguements (maximum of 5 arguments). 2) Advice on how to ensure that no security pop-up is displayed when executing this script. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) SHould run on both Netscape and IE ## Platform Win 2000, NT, XP
