I am asking for bids to create a "clone" of an online shipping marketplace - [url removed, login to view]
This will entail complete creation of this membership site including a complete Admin section that will allow management of the site too.
All details of the needed areas will be found on that site -- as a bidder you will need then to create a membership to same to see all of the various areas and needs. We plan on using that cloned site but modified to start up a new marketplace in a new channel (ie not in shipping as per that site) and the successful developer will need to be able to both clone the site as well as provide all modifications too.
As well, we would like this project completed in either Classic ASP or .NET to run on our w2k3/IIS servers only.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Failure to reply to my request for a full quote as of 8:00 am EST, will take your firm out of the running for this project. If you're interest, you will need to comply... Jim
