osCommerce / Access Intergration

I run an oscommerce site, the site currently has over 4000 products and editing, deleting, adding product attributes is an absolute nightmare.
I would like some way of editing data offline in an easy to use form with all the fields, and little tick boxes for product options, e.g
Size: Small, Medium, Large etc, so that I do not need to use oscommmerce slow admin screen.
Dont know how you would do this, or what is needed, please help me
