I need a script to allow users to detach and remove attachments from emails to prevent the Exchange server getting bloated.
Nicola Delfino has a VBA script that is nearly working, but if there are multiple attachments it fails. The script is here:
[url removed, login to view]
As per his script, I would like the email to have the detached file name paths and date detached, inserted in the body of the message. However, I would like to allow the user to choose where each file is saved to, with an option to skip if required. Skipping the file should remove it and stamp the body as removed. It should also prompt with the last saved location to save time when saving to long paths.
Script must work on Office 2003, 2007 & 2010
