PSD to Wordpress and PHP Additional Work needed

Here's what we need:

We have an Wordpress to PSD project plus an global login bridge fixed for Wordpress and vBulletin and also Facebook Connect enabled for that login/session.

Finally, We've an API on another bingo web game based with userpoints that they earn in purchases, playing, etc so what I need you to do it's to create an wordpress plugin that shows up those user points at an widget in the blog (grabbed from the API) and also integrates with the forum posts, forum new threads, etc so they can earn new points by doing that kind of stuff (posting threads, posts, commenting on the blog basically)

- The design brief for the site that the client sent to us (apologies it's hand drawn!)

API documentation will be provided to the winner of the project, as we need the Wordpress website to integrate with bingo software - this is the most important requirement for this project

The following requirements have to be to be included for in the Wordpress set up:

-The ability to categorize content (taxonomy), so that we can have for example related news stories, etc displaying below content posts.

- The ability to set different user types, i.e. admin, moderator (who can move posts in the forums, edit posts etc), publisher (who can contribute news story content types).

-The ability for the cms to intergrate with the facebook connect, the points system, the forum and bingo software.

-Contact form to contact admin

-Curly page script - the little corner advert that peels back on mouseover

- the ability to setup system pages for users who enter an incorrecr url (error pages)

-An advertising system that has similar functions to drupals 'Advertisement' module [[url removed, login to view]][1] (we can use an WP advertising plugin for this so the functions we would need would be:

-Ease of changing adverts

-being able to track clicks and impressions, ideally being able to schedule ads to expire.

-The option to use Tagging/taxonomy for ad placement- The ability to create advert blocks for specific places on pages. The blocks would need to show adverts based on tagging. So for example, on a bingo news story about wink bingo, the ad block would inject the wink bingo banner ad.
