This project is to create a system to automate the uploading of files into [url removed, login to view], to collect payment from customers, to send out a CD-DVD to the customer, and to automate into our website XML, info about the files uploaded by the customers. We use the online survey form ([url removed, login to view]) to gather customer data and you will add one of our scripts into that index page.
Here is the service we will use to ship the CD-DVD, and your coding will automate as much as possible:

In your customer database we have date and text entry to post the date the order was received by customer.
You will use our browser based uploading script to allow users to:
1.) upload a file into one of 28 different [url removed, login to view] buckets.
2.) They select which bucket from a dropdown list (you will code and add it),
3.) They are not allowed to view other files already uploaded,
4.) They and are not allowed to modify anything.
5.) You will set the permissions for these rights.
6.) You will set CRON to backup every 4 hours.
There are 2 customers, those who pay and those who don't.
After uploading his file he is given an opportunity to purchase via Google Checkout. If he purchases, then his uploaded file is moved into the XML file ahead of the files that were not paid for. There are a maximum of 30 files in each XML, and they change each week. The title of his file is now available on our flash website, for whichever bucket he desires.

After we verify that all is working as desired, you will configure S3 to have a backup copy in another data center (Asia - Europe) in case of emergencies, so that the website will never be offline.
