SCROLL DOWN FOR NEW INFO [UPDATED 10/09/02 2:00PM est] i need a simple database like access, (can even use msaccess contact management wizard to get it set up) but with good macros to sort and prevent duplicates, and do custom filters, complete with custom buttons to sort view and some checkboxes, (and maybe add some webpage to link it together, ) SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE INFO [UPDATED 10/09/02 2:00PM est] Thank you all for responding, it seems that I provided too little info. as you can see from all the questions below, so I will tell you what I need and what it is supposed to do. i have a Small Electronics Shop, and i have numbers # everywhere, on post-it notes, catalogs, i need a basic - simple database to store all this information, and also prevent from having duplicate records (don't want to call the company twice) and also have more simple buttons that msaccess provides now, like create, new, delete, update, here is a snapshot of the database i have now, you can update that and don't have to start from scratch, created with msaccess 2000 wizard [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] Please take a look, the only thing I added was on the top right corner 3 little check boxes, I need to record each company: (Dropdown?)  if I called? Call back? have to fax buiss. cert. ?  received catalog?  received pricelist ?  established account? And then be able to sort / print it according to the above events, Example, sort by only those called, or have to call back... the database comes with a phone dialer attached so keep this in mind if you don't want to go with access, Maybe Phase2, i would also like to be able to email all my contacts if i have a sale or something?, and keep 2 email template's in access, so i don't have to copy and paste, (only if its easy, and not more time and money) keep in mind that i won't be the only one using this program, my worker will do most of the data entry, so it has to be simple and it should not be so easy to delete a record, like by mistake, i leave it up to you to decide if i should go with a web page (HTML, asp) for data entry because maybe it would be much more user friendly for my worker, and the same goes for the reports, i want your input to tell me if i should have a web page to print, and sort the records once the data entry is complete Again I am not requesting a complete new program, just a few macros, and some custom sorting, custom rep
