We Currently have a spreadsheet we use to track various details for a couple of Taxis we own. We track various details such as driver details, expenses, types of shifts etc.
The spreadsheet is becoming very hard to update with data and hard to search for various data.
We would like a program written in any language or even something done in MS Access that would enable us to enter various bits of data on a number of screens and then have this entered data recorded in the background.
attached is the Spreadsheet. We have colour coded the different sections and how they inter relate. The Spreadsheet lines at the bottom of the document are an example of what we currently have and what would have to be updated in the background. We should be able to export data as a .txt or exel file. We have also attached a manual of an almost identical program.
If possible we would like this program to be web based. But this is only a wishlist item :)
