Affordable Custom Dating Site Script

I need a script for a dating site with unique features in Php format. It should have all the basic features of other popular dating sites and a few unique features like: (4) Additional search fields with sub categories. Forum, Art Gallery, Music Gallery, Upload Store for Music and Graphics with shopping cart, Search by Zip and distance, Multi language support, easy to customize the look and feel (html) and a not complicated Admin control panel.
