I'm not very good with simulation queues and really need help on this one. Any and all bids are appreciated for this work. Also,
as the program is written, if you could put notes in it so I can see how it works that would be great. Help me alot.
This project, there are two queues (Q_land, Q_takeoff). The airplanes in the Q_land have higher priority over airplanes in Q_takeoff.
LandingTime and takeOffTime are service time for those two queues, and the values should be constant. For example, LandingTime=3 and takeOffTime=6. In your report, you should investigate the effect of varying these two values to the effects of the waiting time and waiting length in queues.
LandingRate and takeOffRate are arrival rates for the two queues, and those values should be between the range [1, 60] minutes. In your report, you should investigate the effect of varying rates to the effects of the waiting time and waiting length in queues.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
