Only for Emails at the moment.
- New Email = New unique Ticketnumber. An agent pick up a new ticket from a clear list and he write the answer in a box.
- Automated responder to our client's email address with an automated ticketnumber + link to the tickethistory in our website.
- Maybe more things, it would be great if you have already expierences in that kind of projects. So maybe we need to talk together and make sure what i really need.
