Modify IE Toolbar to Add Popup Blocker and History Eraser

We currently have an IE plugin toolbar written in Visual C++. The toolbar uses XML to place buttons, lists and text box on the toolbar for search. We need the following enhancements added to it: 1. Add a custom list dropdown - Allow users to add and edit their own links with a short title. 2. Add a popup blocker. The popup blocker should only block popupus that were not clicked by the user. Allow the user to add a trusted site that they want to receive popup window from. 3. Add functionality to track and erase surfing history for each IE session.

We have complete source code that has the installation made in Installer Vise. We need to add a terms and conditions page before the installation begins. The source codes will only be given to the winning bidder. The same source must not be used with any other clients of yours.

Delivery will include complete re-written source codes, downloadable installer, un-installer, along with comments and isntructions for re-compiling.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Un-installer to aid removal of the program.

4) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
