Online 3D Model Interpretation

I'm looking for someone who can take a STEP, prt, or IGES file format and extract some information from these files. After the data has been extracted there is some simple calculations needed to be done, and than I want to report back to the user right away providing the results. I also want a backend, where I can always go and update the variables for the post processing. This should be a very simple project for someone who has background in programming, joomla, and interpreting 3D file formats.
