See this website here: www . express - epc . co . uk. Same site wanted.
Customers click on the site and make a purchase, it costs £39.95. The job details are emailed to engineers who can bid on the job. Engineers set preferences as to how close or far away they want jobs. The lowest bid wins the auctions (job) and they will be sent the job via email automatically. They do the job and I pay them the job price. Summary. 1,customer pays me £39.95. 2,I email job to other engineers. 3,they bid on job and 1 person wins, 4,Email sent automatically to winner with job details, 5,he does job and I pay him. See more: go to site, click DEA login, user aaardvark1412 @ yahoo .[url removed, login to view], password- punjab. Click on invited orders and see how you can make a bid on a job. Engineers must also be able to make user accounts and bid on jobs they want.
Hopefully a simple job. Maximum time: 20 days, please!!!
Please note that I want an efficient service. Time scale must be met. Must be a completely working website without issue. Must include all above and have such items as sitemap and be google friendly. I will be using google adwords so landing page must be 10/10 if possible.
Please be sure to check exactly how the site works by logging in where it says DEA login and entering the following details: aaardvark1412@yahoo .co.uk, password punjab.
Click on invited orders and other functions so that you know what to do. I want the site to be completely automated.
Please please only bid if you have high feedback. Only those with a high feedback will be accepted.
Once again: please only bid IF YOU HAVE HIGH FEEDBACK!
Also note, on successful completion there will be another 3 or possibly 4 websites that will need doing which will be similar to this one. The only thing that will change is the product. Same workings and set up as this one.
Please also state which payment system you will be installing. The cheapest and quickest to integrate will be best for me. Possibly paypal or google checkout. Will need advice on this bit.
ps, no bids from zero rated freelancers.

I am fine with design 3. I dont have any existing ideas. The design element wont be difficult, I promise you. I am pretty easy going like I said. I just want the backend/programming to be working properly and without problem. You have assured me that that is within your capabilities so hopefully it will be a quick turnaround.
I just wanted to add - in the example site, the customer has to enter details about the property they need an EPC for. They ask for property value and if you are selling it. This is to catch contact details so a conveyancing quote can be sold to them. Take a look, try and book an EPC and you will get the questions. I would like the same.
I will speak to you when I have more time, probably tomorrow.

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING OPENDYANMIX!
While I received our last message I was putting this this together.
We have some site designs 'ready to go' that suite your project. Available at http://epc.opendynamix.com
Do you like any of these designs?
They are templates *OUR* designer has built that have not been used for projects. Any of the templates can be modified as per your requirements - I have done some very minor mods for the demo. I like the login at the top of design 3. I also think the layout of design 3 could be adapted to your project the best.
Please let me know you thoughts.
I you don't like them, thats not a problem! If you have an existing design/idea please let me know and we can work with that. - THIS IS THE HARDEST PART OF THE PROJECT TO GET OVER - INITIAL DESIGN!

Have a good weekend.

Yes I was checking for a more complete list of all the registered DEAs but cant find one.
I can automatically collect the info from the hcrregister site when the user enters their postcode. When an email is sent to an assessor inviting them to bid on the data the application will automatically save all the data from the hcr site so they don't have to enter it, only check it.
This looks to be a very good project That I can easily create for you if you should accept the bid.

All date is there: https://www.hcrregister.com/ as you know. All details including email, tel number and website is on there!
If this can be done automatically then that would be great! Will save time.
Thanks again for the help.

OK thats great.
I can easily provide you with an admin panel that will let you disable user accounts and get various reports that you need.
I can easily get check the post code of an assessor falls within x miles of the customer's post code. I have done this a few times before.
The functionality you have described is very reasonable and can be delivered with not problems - including the IP address tracking to stop spammers / time wasters.
I'm looking for a way to automatically collecting data of the DEAs rather than have to collect them manually.

I am not sure how how many assessors they send auction invites to or how they do it. Possibly by area or radius. ie email all assessors within 10 miles? Not sure how they do this. All of the invites I have had are reasonably local to me, within 5 miles so they do it somehow.
Also, the area where the member see all of their completed/pending jobs needs to be neat and tidy and have search function. Search by job number. I should also be able to access this to see how many jobs need to be paid and how much they are worth.

To answer your questions:
1, you are correct, this will not be required.
2, I will reword the content, its very basic anyway, and get that emailed to you.
3, track my EPC does not have to be there
4, not at this moment in time, however, if you could include the option of having a gas safety certificate included with the EPC for everyone living in London (ie, anyone who buys an EPC in London can be emailed asking them if they need a gas safety certificate aswell). I offer both gas certificates and EPC;s aswell personally.
5, I need your advice with this. Obviously a payment system with zero/low fees if preferred.
6, Track my EPC is not essential. For your information though: it lets the assessor upload a PDF of the certificate for the customer to see and print/email. The assessor can email the client direct and we can skip this step.
A little more detail:
What the example site owner has done is as follows:
He has advertised the site. Once a customer buys he notes down the postcode. Then he goes to here: https://www.hcrregister.com/ This site lists all domestic assessors in the whole of the UK. If you enter a postcode you will find the nearest 20 or so. Then what I suspect he has done is upload the details of these assessors himself. He then sends them invites to bid on the auction (bidding starts at £40 and goes down in £1 units). They bid and the lowest bid wins the job. They are sent the job via email and they must contact the client and book the job. The time and date must be entered into the system. This then sends another email to the assessor and maybe the client. The job is completed and the EPC is uploaded.
I want the similar, the differences being:
1, The example site started off sending assessors emails telling them to log on with their email address and password- password was actually "password"
Obviously this isn't a good idea. I am on the HCR register and I actually used another assessors email to login in using password as the password.
The way around this initially, is sending them a job invite (new job attached) and asking them to register. (an incentive to register) Then after they are registered they will just be sent new job invitations. I can send you the example invite and all other email templates that they use.
2, Regarding the submitting of appointment and times - this will let me know if a job needs to be re-auctioned. I might get someone who wins an auction and then does not make an appointment with client for a long time. No good to me. I might also get someone who is a deliberate time waster. In this case I will need to remove them from the system. The example site also has ISP tracking. When you make a bid it states seomthing along the lines of- your isp is being tracked, this will eliminate fake bidders.
Payment to the assessors will be manual so a place in thier profile for bank details is needed. Just like the example site, you can see using the login details.
I hope thats answered everything, I think it has.
Theres probably more but thats covered the important bits.

I am 100% sure that I can developer the application you require. I am a professional software developer. For that reason the design will be simplistic targeted towards ease of use. I have a professional web designer that is part of my company but I will do me a basic design.
openDYNAMIX, myself included, provides itself in providing a professional, no-nonsense service. We have a 100% customer satisfaction record.
I've reviewed the site and the functionality is pretty simple, although there are quite a few functions to code. I am confident that I can re-produce this functionality for you with little effort. I am intimately familiar with developing database applications that send email - ALL OF THE EMAILS WILL BE AUTOMATED.
I have a couple of specific questions regarding the functionality at this time:
1. The 'sell online' link in the example site menu links to another site - I'm presuming that will not be included in your project. Is that correct?
2. Are you able to provide me with the content you require such as the FAQs etc or am I ok copying the content from the example site?
3. Is there anything else on the example site that you do not want included in your project?
4. Is there anything that is not on the example site that you want to be included in your project?
5. Are you OK with using the PayPal WEBSITE PAYMENT STANDARD - check out https://www.paypal-business.co.uk/accept-online-payments-with-paypal/index.htm . Essentially the user is directed to paypals web site to make the payment and then back to your site. This is very similar to the way the example site works.
6. I obviously cannot see the functionality behind the 'Track My EPC'. Can you specify the functionality for this section for me? Eg what information the user should see. (I understand that this is the section the customer will use to track their request)
Thanks very much

Hi, I see you made a bid on my project. Are you 100% sure that you can complete this project without causing me distress and headache, like the other one experience I had when using a web designer?
I really need you to be sure that you can make the website work nearly fully automatically. This is because if everything is done manually ie sending emails to every assessor it will be a nightmare for me. You can log on now (user aaardvark1412 @ yahoo.co.uk password punjab) and click on invited orders to see how the auction bit of the site works. I can also go into more details about the site and how it works (or at least how I want it to work) This will give you an idea of what I need and will also let you know if you are capable of carrying the work out. Looks wise, it just needs to be simple. However I am pretty sure it will need lots of work programming etc.
If you need me to go into more detail then please let me know. I would rather use a British developer.
