Add features to Osclass (classifieds script)

Hi everyone, i am looking for an experienced PHP developer who can add several features to the open source classifieds script called Osclass (available here [login to view URL]). The features i need at the moment are the following. 1. Subscription packages - Admin should be able to define different packages for posting an ad. Users must choose a package before they can post. No payment gateway integration is required only Bank Transfer. 2. Featured ads and featured sellers. I need a carousel above the categories section that shows a number of featured listings. I also need a vertical carousel on the sidebar that shows featured sellers with their logo (i need ability for sellers to upload a logo) that links to their profile. Also category specific featured ads. 3. I need a page that lists all sellers with their name, logo, website, telephone and short description of their services. 4. Ability to moderate posts before they are shown on the website. If successful with these features, we will probably work together for sometime. looking forward to your bids.
