Lodging Properties Check Availailability Forms Anti-Spam Validation

Update 13 existing lodging properties websites' Check Availability Forms to match the one at [url removed, login to view]

All forms will be based on Kokomo Resort's form and customized with the info contained on their existing forms.

Please note that forms with .htm were built with Frontpage.)

All forms should write to a .csv file too... I'll need to save the old .csv files - so create a new name for each.
