Internet Research -Competitor Analysis Project

Hello, **This is a fun & easy project for anyone that can surf the web! ** Some? linking and SEO research experience will be helpful, but not required. **I need a list of? real estate related websites that:** 1) Directly sell real estate info products such as? ebooks, Cd's, & seminars, or 2) Are an affiliate marketer selling R.E. products mentioned in #1 above, or 3) Allow advertising of such products. (I'm not interested in Realtor-type websites... only R.E. Info-product? sites that sell ebooks and 'How To' courses... and R.E. News sites that sell advertising.) There are a number of different ways to locate and organize all the different websites you'll find. (ie,? following? links to/from big real estate guru sites,? search engine querries,? investigating PPC ads, using special SEO/Linking software, Alexa toolbar, etc.). I can help you? with a? plan of action. **The? deliverable will be an excel spreadsheet that ? lists? each website, and the following details:** Google Page Rank Alexa Rank URL - Web Address Company/Product Name Type of Site (Online RE Community, RE Guru, RE Info Reseller, Local R.E. Club, R.E. News Site, R.E. Portal etc.) Gen Description Email Adresses Contact Names Physical Address Size of email or membership list phone number of the contact person contact person's title, if it is listed If they have an affiliate program (link)? If they have any 3rd party advertising (link) The exact format and layout specs will be provided. (Basically it's just to have a separate field (colomn) for each piece of information and catagoriy grouping). **Preference is for large, high traffic websites** -- the more you can locate and organize, the better. I'm looking for a minimum of 300 high traffic sites.
