We are looking to build a database to collect information related to various technology resource providers in [login to view URL] effort will be concentrated in collecting information related to various staffing companies. We are concentrating this effort in finding companies who are looking for IT resources. For eg: If we go into [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and look for Java developer position we will find lot of companies who are offering Java jobs. But most of the companies are offering consulting jobs and they are looking to place the candidates in the client’s site. So they are trying to help the [login to view URL] are looking for such companies. On the other hand a company may be interested in finding a Java developer for itself. In this case consider GM is looking to hire a JAVA developer internally. We are not interested in such [login to view URL] company is interested only with preferred vendors who are interested in placing candidates in the client’s site. Good example would be [[login to view URL]][1]have offices in various parts of [login to view URL] are planning to build a database for these [login to view URL] our coder should build a MS access database to store the information related to these companies. Standard information like address name email etc (Standard features) will be used..The database should have forms to enter the information and reports to print the [login to view URL] should have a feature where it can be integrated to MS outlook to send emails. The same coder should research the web and collect information for all these preferred vendors in United States. There are around 4000 to 5000 companies.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
