I have a PSD of a one page homepage that my designer made for me.
This page should be scrolled down for and change on scrolling (just like the jpg I attach here).
The attached files are actually on the same page and you see the other when you scroll down the page (The left side menu is Position: Fixed).
Responsive Deign - The website should use responsive design to fit all screens.
Browsers Compatibility - look good and work well on all browsers (IE7+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and more...).
SEO - Off course the website must use top notch SEO code in it.
Efficiency - using as less images as possible to make the site light-weight.
The jQuery/CSS3 things:
1. In the first screen the chat bubbles should disappear on hover with some animation. (should do it as efficient as possible, using CSS)
2. In the second screen - you can get to there either by scrolling or by clicking on the "Free Trial" button. If you click on the button the lines should animate till it gets to this screen from the first screen.
3. In the third screen the cog-wheels should turn arround (better to the with CSS3)
