Install and integration of Dolphin 7 and KalturaCE

Bring online as public beta
Install Kaltura CE for production
Customize Kaltura look to match Dolphin installation
Integrate Kaltura with Dolphin
Implement Kaltura for production
Testing of the entire site
Release entire site for production
