A business unit within our company has published a website that is functional - but not very aesthetically pleasing...[url removed, login to view] (user: admin/admin12)
The layout and content are fine...I would like to provide a few alternative options to this group in an effort to liven this site up a little (or to allow this group to offer their users a "theme chooser"). For corporate color schemes, the company's public website can be found at [url removed, login to view] (which might be a little too quiet, though).
In total, I will pay $1000 for this project (with the exception of each ADDITIONAL site I intend to use this code).
If I agree to buy this today, our date of agreement would be 04/23/11.
On 04/23/11, I will escrow $1000.
If I provide a list of errors on 04/23/11, by 05/07/11, you would have a corrected/updated demo for me on your server.
By 05/14/11, you would provide me with documented installation instructions - for this to be installed on our server.
Between 05/14/11 and 08/15/11, you would provide corrected/updated code for any problems we find in the deployed code.
On 08/15/11, I will release 100% escrow on $1000.
Before 08/15/11, for any additional site I use this code, I will escrow an additional $500 to you. 08/15/11, I will release 100% escrow these additional sites.
After 08/15/11, for any additional site I use this code, I will escrow and release $500 to you - IMMEDIATELY.

What is the difference between an "admin" and a "super admin"?
It appears that the side bar menus are not redirecting to the correct content (example: when I view the content "Helpdesk Operations" by clicking on the sidebar menu, the redirect has not content).
It appears that the side bar menus are not designed to be URL" links to external sites. Can these menu items be configured to redirect to an "internal page" or to redirect
a user to an external site (via new tab, window, etc.)?
It appears that I am not able to edit the banner on the initial page within the content manager.
It appears that I am not able to edit the header menu bar (example: [Client Access] | Contact Us | Home) within the content manager.
It appears that I am not able to edit the browser title menu bar (example: Club Marketing) within the content manager.
It appears that I am not able to edit the page footer (example: © 2008-2010 | Powered by | All rights reserved.) within the content manager.
It appears that I am not able to edit the CSS themes on this website within the content manager (example: basic color theming...NOT layout).
