476022 Modify Website Front Page

Would like some changes made to front page need to understand geodesicsolutions classenterprise software template structures (smarty tags, modules, page attachments, and add-ons).

Website runs with php, html, xtml, css, smarty tags, modules, page attachments. Job requires programmer with geodesicsolutions direct experience - show products.

Front page edits:

If possible, would like the featured ads to be at the top in the center above the displayed categories.

If possible, would like the display categories changed from 2 columns to 3 columns.

Would like the current share and rss moved to under the registration boxes (above the regions/state).

If possible, move the newest and hottest listings to be one column across the page, rather than split column, and fix the headers, and titles (again, knowledge of [url removed, login to view]).
