I have a website running Drupal 6 on a mySQL database. I also have a MSSQL database hosted on another server, which stores additional data for each of the users in the Drupal site.
I want to set up triggered rules in Drupal that will check certain criteria in the Drupal mySQL database and/or the MSSQL database, and send a customized email to a specific user. The emails should be able to use tokens that will pull information from either/both databases. Each email needs to be fully customizable by admins, and I need to be able to set up additional triggers in the future using other various information from both databases.
Prefer to have a custom module that uses triggered rules, but I am open to other suggestions as well. You will need to document for me how I can set up new email rules in the future.
1) Check each user's $ balance in the MSSQL database on a certain day of the month. If the user's $ balance is above zero, trigger an email to that user which including the $ balance.
2) Check each user's contract date in the MSSQL database on a certain day of the month. If the contract date is within a certain number of days, trigger an email to that user with information including the contract date.
3) If the user has not logged into the site in a certain amount of time, trigger an email that includes various user information that reminds them to log in.
Please, only programmers with documented Drupal 6 experience should bid. You should ask me questions before you bid so you are sure you understand all that is required.
My company is based in the United States and is very reputable. We will put 100% of the bid into escrow before you start, and we will release the escrow to you in full upon completion and testing.
Thank you so much for your consideration! I look forward to reviewing your bid!
