I am looking for a developer that has a script that can do this or one that knows how to build a script to do this. Once the script is complete I would like it to reside on my pc/server for future use.
Looking to build a lead data base from ‘scraping data' from the following websites and importing it into an Excel format:

The project will start with pulling information from the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm-Beach
Fields I am looking for are very similar to the attached document for your review. I will also need to add a few columns to complete this document
• second lien information,
• date of notice of default was filed / also called lis pendens
Format can stay the same, but if you have a more user friendly format, I am interested to see your version in comparison.
In the near future, I will need to create a form to add to retrieve information based on the various fields requested.
I am also interested in having an option to ‘review' previous data to newer data pulled in order to see if any of the values have changed for record keeping purposes.
Finally, the search result to be able to be populated to a .pdf type document, i.e. prefer a format that can be saved in zoho dot com type document in order to email the file.
I will pay one half up front, one half when it is complete when both parties certify that all fields/cells are correct and bug free. Funds will be deposited into escrow.
Based on the information provided, I was told the cost to do something like this was around $250. If you feel it is incorrect, please message me with a realistic cost for the project.
