I need a script, which can allow the billing department to upload 2 reports (advertising manifest and aging balances). Needs to be a very simple web based form, with an upload/browse button for each report.
The script will automatically compare the 2 reports (looking at the account numbers for matches), and flag any accounts on the advertising manifest, which match 90 day past due accounts on the aging balances report. Then display, and make available for print/download, any matching accounts (and their relevant information from the two original reports, such as amount due, and ads ordered).
Sample files from Vision Data (the program they are currently using). These are what the billing department would be uploading to the web app. I was sent samples in PDF and CSV formats. However, the CSV format is a little strange. It does not seem to actually be CSV (there are no commas, and the spacing is not exactly the same between fields). These are the only two formats, in which they can export their reports. I have also attached the files to this project post:

Please note - I saved the text files as they were, so you would see the naming format. You will need to add .txt to the end of their filenames to open them properly.
